Job Duties: Assist the YMCA in the development and implementation of multicultural programs which focus on building mentor relationships, career development, and other duties as outlined in the Youth and Teen Department. This position will directly supervise the West Youth Zone. This position will collect data on program participants and programs and stay current on Youth and Teen trends. |

Responsibilities will include: development and implementation of youth programs, homework help, community service projects, supervision of youth in a variety of settings, and some record keeping.AmeriCorps programs also emphasize the membersí professional development and understanding of citizenship. To this end, PASS provides members with numerous trainings in career building, civic engagement, and youth work.
