| MEMBER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - EAST Contact: Jamie Stoiber at jamie.stoiber@ymcadanecounty.org Days & Hours: Monday 3:00 - 6:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 1:00 - 6:00pm Pay Rate: $7.50 - 8.50/hour Special Certifications or Requirements: Must be dependable, detail-oriented, friendly, and enjoy working with a variety of people. Basic computer and phone skills needed. Excellent customer service skills required. Bilingual skills are a plus. Job Duties: Welcome members, sell programs and membership in a positive professional manner. Assist in all desk operations including program registration, membership sales, public relations and telephone communications. Provide quality customer service to members, prospective members, visitors, and program participants. |

Energetic, reliable, love children. Experience and education preferred. Lead teachers must have 80 hours or 2 college courses in child development. Job Duties: Provide primary care to children ages 5 - 12. Responsible for monitoring attendance, planning projects, organizing activities, providing snacks; and providing communication between the YMCA, the families, and the children. All centers are state licensed. Madison sites are city accredited. |
