Treadmill Workout

This fitness class is done on a treadmill and includes challenging power mixes, treadmill hill climbing, speed intervals and unique strength moves to build endurance and strength.

A Typical Class

Class starts out with a warm up then moves to increasing variables of speed, incline, sprints, and lunges. Class ends with a cool down.
