We think it is important to get 3 types of exercise:

1. Cardiovascular/Aerobic Exercise - burning body fat, stronger heart, lower blood pressure.

2. Muscle Strength/Endurance Training - stronger muscles, stronger bones, increased metabolism

3. Flexibility Training - maintain range of motion, prevent muscle strain, reduce muscle soreness.
