My Philosophy
In high school I was quite overweight, and being a stressful time for a young person to not feel good about themselves, I decided to make a change. Within the next year, I lost 40lbs and adapted a steady exercise routine. With the new lifestyle, I noticed an increase in confidence, motivation and my grades. I carried this with me into college where it was more difficult to find time to exercise, but I found a way to make time. Exercise has done amazing things for me, and my philosophy is finding what you can do that will keep you coming back; if that is strength training, Yoga, Tabata, or circuit training. Finding something you can enjoy doing while also improving your health is ideal for achieving personal goals and adapting to a healthy lifestyle
