My Philosophy
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin I started teaching in the Madison Public Schools. I found that it was a lot more difficult being as active as I was in college so I started taking aerobic classes. After several classes with the same instructor, I found she never changed her routine. With my love of moving to music, I thought I could do better than that so started teaching classes and have never looked back. Teaching classes forced me to stick with a regular routine of staying fit. Sometimes that’s all it takes, finding a routine that works for you. I love helping people find their own fitness routine. One that is challenging but not overwhelming. Now that I am an older exerciser, I appreciate how the aging body responds to exercise. If you are like me and want to learn how to continue an active lifestyle as you age, set up a time to meet with me.
