My Philosophy
​I have always had a passion for health and fitness. After teaching high school students about making healthy choices in their lives, I took a leave from teaching to raise my children. I have been an active member at the Y since 2003. When the opportunity arose, I joined the Group Fitness team. I am currently the Group Exercise Coordinator for the East and Northeast branches, Group Exercise Instructor, and Personal Trainer. I love working with clients to help them define and achieve their goals to live a more healthy and balanced life. Whether you're just beginning to exercise or simply looking for a new challenge to your workout routine, I'd love the opportunity to help you reach your fitness goals!

Interests & Hobbies
