One on One Training

Team Training

Join the expertise of a personal trainer with group motivation for a fraction of regular training costs. Trainer will lead small groups of 2-8 individuals through challenging workouts designed with your goal in mind. Specialized training available in areas such as Yoga, Pilates, cycling, marathon training, triathlon training, TRX and more!

12 Week Transformation
This 12-week fitness program is designed to build total body strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance, gain muscular definition, improve health and increase energy. It’s a great beginner-level program for those new to exercise, or it can be used as a valuable overall reboot for the more experienced. This 8-week fitness program is designed to advance your current fitness level. Workouts are geared to those familiar with exercise programs and looking to progress to the next level. This class is also a great choice for those having completed the 12-Week Transformation program. If you have a good fitness foundation and are ready to set new goals, then 8-Week Advance is the perfect program to challenge you in new ways! One-on-one appointment with a Registered Dietician. Focus on individual nutrition needs, appropriate meal planning and behavior modification for successful, long-term weight management. Register at Member Services to schedule a 1 hour or 3 hour appointment.
