Group exercise programs are a great way to stay motivated and make new friends! Enthusiastic instructors are there to lead you in a variety of different exercises to help you achieve and maintain your goals.

All Land-Based Fitness programs are for members ages 13 and up. Drop in classes are free and do not require registration. Click here to view the schedule of drop-in classes at your branch. Fee-based fitness classes require pre-registration.

AVAILABLE FREE Drop in Land FITNESS PROGRAMS

    • A high energy, high intensity interval class divided into 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core training.  This class employs various combinations of exercises and equipment throughout the hour, all fitness levels welcome!
    • BODYPUMP is a barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! BODYPUMP is one of the fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. 
  • BollyX®
    • Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. It's a cardio workout that cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time. No prior dance experience is required – just a positive attitude and the desire to unleash your inner swagger!
    • This is a high intensity cross training workout that can include strength, cardio, interval circuits, agility training and more.
  • Core Conditioning
    • This class integrates balance, trunk stabilization and postural alignment to strengthen the core and improve functional and athletic performance.  Various types of equipment, including mat work on the floor, are used.  Exercises are appropriate for most fitness levels with modifications for altering the intensity and complexity.​
    • ​This is a fun, high-energy, no-impact workout on a stationary bike. You control the intensity while improving your strength and endurance. 
  • HIIT
    • ​​High-intensity interval training - HIIT exercise sessions generally consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period.
    • High intensity, low impact, easy to follow cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Can include choreographed aerobics, kickboxing and toning using stability balls, free weights, weighted bars and resistance bands.
    • A cardio class based on max interval training that makes the most of the time you spend working out. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance and core training. No equipment or weights needed. You don't have to be in extreme shape - levels of each exercise are provided. Time to dig deep!
    • P90X LIVE is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring unique blocks of work: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio, upper body strength, lower body strength, and core work. The class has a variety of formats (30, 45, and 60 minutes) encompassing, making it easily adaptable to different fitness levels and class lengths.
    • An aerobics class that's safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
    • Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. This class is geared toward older adults.
    • Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
    • A fun, cardiovascular workout which utilizes an adjustable step.
    • Sculpt your body with an emphasis on strength, balance, and functional training. May include use of stability balls, weights and tubing.
    • Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, class will include different series of four minute exercise sequences. Each sequence is broken into eight 20/10 intervals (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest). Many exercises will use just body weight, but additional tools such as barbells, bands and gliding discs may be used as well. Class will end with a short cool down and stretch
  • Total Body Conditioning
    • This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands, for a total body workout.
    • This is a fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. The signature WERQ™ warm up previews the dance steps used in class and the signature WERQ™ cool down includes balance and yoga inspired poses. Are you ready to WERQ
    • Zumba is a fusion of Latin, hip hop and international music dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Classes specified as "Gold" are specifically designed for the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications in an exercise program.

AVAILABLE FEE-BASED LAND FITNESS PROGRAMS

  • 12 Week Transformation-Small Group
    • Achieve a healthier you! This is an all-encompassing program consists of semi-private training sessions two times a week, detailed monthly workouts with a certified personal trainer, wellness coaching from a certified wellness coach, nutritional consults and monthly seminars from a registered dietitian. The class is 60 minutes and can truly help you transform your body.
  • Baby and Me Yoga
    • Join us for an interactive caregiver and baby class where baby is incorporated into yoga poses. Caregivers will experience gentle strengthening, stretching and bonding with baby. For babies up to one year old.​
  • Circuit Training
    • Utilize circuit stations for your strength routine with a lifestyle center staff. Improve your strength and flexibility.​​
  • Prenatal Yoga
    • Prenatal yoga is a great way to strengthen your body and prepare your mind for the birthing process. In class we will practice modified poses appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and also cover breathing and relaxation exercises that will help during labor. Our prenatal yoga class is appropriate for those new to yoga and experienced yoga practitioners.
  • Trekking
    • This fitness class is done on a treadmill and includes challenging power mixes, treadmill hill climbing, and speed intervals and unique strength moves to build endurance and strength. Walkers and runners welcome! Whether you are just getting started or want to achieve your personal best, let us coach you!​
  • TRX® Suspension Training Basic
    • TRX® uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This well-rounded class utilizes intervals to keep you moving at a quick pace and provide the ultimate in total-body fitness. Exercises performed can require balancing on a single leg or being on your hands, as well as dynamic movement while in these positions. Improve mobility and flexibility, develop functional strength and build lean muscle all while engaging your core with every exercise.   • TRX® Specialty Classes
    • Take your sport to the next level with TRX training! Through the fundamentals of stability, mobility and coordination, these TRX Specialty classes are designed to help you enhance your performance and proactively prevent injuries. You will add power, strength and stability through your core, create upper and lower body mobility and stability and develop the coordination required to perfect your sport. ​
