More Than Just Working Out

Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing spirit, mind and body, health, well-being and fitness at the Y is so much more than just working out. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer a variety of programs that support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength. At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. At every age and every level of activity, you’ll find people just like you looking to live healthier. Members and program participants often cite the support and enthusiasm of fellow participants and staff as some of the key factors in their achievement of greater well-being.

The YMCA provides a welcoming, safe and supportive environment for members to become healthier. We approach healthy living from a holistic spirit, mind and body viewpoint. We invite you to choose from a variety of options to improve health including personal training, small group training, and group exercise.

ADULT SAND VOLLEYBALL
Serve up some fun this summer with a 10-week sand volleyball league for ages 18 and up at Vitense Golfland. Put together your own group and register as a team, or we can find a team for you. Teams will play one match three-game match per night; two games played to 25 points and the final game played to 15. Teams must win two out of three games to win the match. The number of games each night will depend on how many teams enroll with a maximum of eight teams per night. Teams are limited to eight players.
