Worried holiday weight gain will weigh you down?

Maintain your weight during the holidays with 150 minutes of activity per week. (900 minutes total) Rather than trying to lose weight, this free, six-week challenge provides tips, tricks and ideas to help maintain your weight. Each week, you will receive e-mail tips to manage holiday stress, ideas for fitting physical activity in during the busy season and resources for cooking quick-and-easy meals when time is short. Only an e-mail address is needed to join. All participant information is kept confidential. 

Don’t do it alone! Stay motivated and support one another. 
Members and staff can register at any front desk or online via Daxko before November 23.


All participants that maintain or lose weight and average 150 minutes of activity per week (900 minutes total) become eligible to win a $50 Visa® Gift Card (each branch will have one winning member and one staff winner).
