It combines cardio, strength and flexibility exercises into one comprehensive and maximizing program. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. 

Circuit Training Basic NEW
Develop overall strength and endurance with the selectorized strength machines and the variety of cardiovascular equipment provided in the Lifestyle Center. A Lifestyle Center Coach will instruct you through a circuit style workout giving your body the challenge it is looking for. A great class for beginners looking to find a different way to mix in the selectorized strength machines with cardio exercise. (60 minute class)

Circuit Training
Improve your overall strength and endurance with the use of all equipment available to you in the Lifestyle Center. A Lifestyle Center Coach will push you through a circuit style workout, incorporating all strength training equipment, free weights, cardio machines, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises. A great class for anyone looking to move away from the selectorized machines and challenge themselves with total body exercises.
