This class is about improving your strength and stamina through a rugged workout. Class consists of sports drills, weights, jumping rope, boxing, circuits and interval training.

Drop-in class, all levels, no registration required

A Typical Class

This is a freestyle class based on the needs of the class and style of the instructor. Class sites include the gym, studio or outdoors depending on season. Team activities may be included in this class.

  • The Y provides all equipment for this class
  • Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
  • Water, towel
