KEY LEADER AWARDS The YMCA Key Leader Award is presented by the Wisconsin State Alliance to the outstanding volunteer as nominated by the leadership from each of our YMCAs. The state alliance is made up of all of the YMCAs in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Volunteers are nominated based on involvement and commitment in the areas of Financial Development, Volunteer Development, Leadership, International, and Length of Service. |
