Workout With Variety

Challenge your body with low to mid-impact movements while working at your own level. This class provides a variety of workout formats, including circuit and interval training - a great conditioning workout!

Drop-in class, beginner/intermediate level, no registration required

A Typical Class

This is an aerobics based class that introduces a new type of exercise every 20 minutes. Exercises may include but are not limited to step, bosu, Zumba®, Hi/Low, kickboxing, strength training, pilates or yoga.

Tips & Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers
  • Focus on fun! Don't worry about perfection - we've all been there!
  • Lost in a move? Continue stepping or marching until you're able to re-join the class
  • Don't give up. It usually takes a few classes before you start to feel more comfortable and at ease

Equipment, Attire & What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and to move your body
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit
  • Water, towel
